- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Present future outlooks to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, technology forecasting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of launching successful future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
