Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in systems thinking, exponential technology trends, and disruption theory
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., SAMI, Kedge) and data visualization platforms
