Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot launch with measurable ROI tracking
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and responsible tech adoption principles
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with academic institutions, startups, and global R&D centers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies (3+ major products)
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, neurotech, or climate tech Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or Futurist Studies (PhD preferred)
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., CFPS, Horizon Scanning)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
