Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ ecosystem
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks integrating AI, biotech, and sustainable technologies
- Facilitate cross-disciplinary workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future scenarios
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive board with actionable implementation roadmaps
- Build and manage a Future Intelligence Network of industry pioneers and academic thought leaders
- Drive R&D priorities through quantitative modeling and qualitative scenario planning
- Mentor emerging futurists while maintaining thought leadership through keynotes and publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business models
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy
