Your work will directly shape our product roadmap, investment priorities, and corporate vision for the next decade.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, social, and economic trends to forecast disruptive innovations through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for emerging markets and product verticals
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Quantify market potential and ROI for futuristic initiatives using predictive modeling
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable energy systems
- Strong data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Published thought leadership in technological or business futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for C-level presentations
