Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithms to solve intractable computational problems
- Develop novel error-correction techniques for scalable quantum systems
- Lead cross-functional research teams in quantum machine learning projects

- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science journals and present at IEEE Quantum Week
- Secure $10M+ in government and industry research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (2020-2023 graduates encouraged)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Strong background in linear algebra and statistical mechanics
- Demonstrated ability to secure NSF/DARPA grants
