Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary R&D projects in emerging technologies including AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and autonomous systems

- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into scalable commercial solutions
- Publish peer-reviewed papers and present findings at global tech symposiums
- Secure and manage government/private research grants ($1M+ annually)
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation across cross-functional teams
- Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous learning and tech scouting
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, Robotics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in advanced R&D with 2+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier journals (e.g., Nature, Science)
- Expertise in at least one core area: machine learning, quantum computing, or autonomous systems
- Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and quantum frameworks (Qiskit, etc.)
- Experience securing research grants and managing complex project budgets
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking
- US citizenship or permanent residency required for government contracts
