Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech) to map 3-5 year innovation horizons
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for high-impact business disruptions
- Lead prototype development of future-facing products and services
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and industry forums
- Build and manage an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and academic partners
- Translate future trends into actionable R&D roadmaps and investment priorities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing future-ready business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong background in at least one emerging tech domain (AI/ML, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
