Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with long-term corporate vision
- Develop and manage prototype labs for experimental technologies
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proof methodologies
- Present strategic blueprints to stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation or strategic planning with future-focused outcomes
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (blockchain, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of launching scalable future-oriented solutions
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Innovation Management or Futures Studies preferred
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience leading global remote teams across time zones
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proof projects launched
