- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum AI and neural network optimization
- Partner with C-suite to integrate emerging tech into enterprise strategy
- Build and mentor an elite innovation lab of 15+ specialists
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through venture partnerships
- Present findings at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI systems
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to unicorn status
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI and blockchain
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management (SIM)
