Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and disruptive signals to develop evidence-based foresight frameworks for 2026+ scenarios
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with executive stakeholders to align on innovation priorities
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses that inform product development and market entry strategies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging societal and technological challenges
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into actionable roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Advise leadership on long-term strategic positioning and risk mitigation for disruptive forces
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing foresight methodologies for Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and socio-political dynamics
- Exceptional facilitation skills for executive workshops and cross-functional collaboration
- Published thought leadership in futures research or innovation strategy (journal articles, books)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (horizon scanning, scenario planning, Delphi methods)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives influenced by foresight analysis
