Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author strategic white papers and thought leadership content on emerging tech
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight findings into product roadmaps
- Represent Nexus Horizons at global tech forums and academic symposiums
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation pipeline
- Ensure ethical alignment of emerging technologies with UN Sustainable Development Goals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, biotech, AGI governance, or metaverse architecture
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., Nature Futures, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience with scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented innovation initiatives
