Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into actionable plans
- Author high-impact thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at Davos-level forums
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with rapid prototyping and agile validation cycles
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight intelligence network
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on cutting-edge research
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
