Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 innovation roadmaps for emerging technologies
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and space sectors
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy
- Design prototyping frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic briefings to stakeholders and industry partners
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget for experimental projects
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research on exponential technologies or sociotechnical systems
- Experience with scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling innovation from concept to market
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Innovation preferred
