Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ landscape scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and innovation roadmaps for C-suite decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development and business strategy
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for innovation initiatives and horizon scanning effectiveness
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor junior futurists and build organizational foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in innovation strategy, R&D, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management experience
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
