Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight methodologies to identify emerging trends and paradigm shifts
- Lead innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions in AI ethics and biotech
- Author annual 'Future Horizons' reports for C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for climate adaptation and resource optimization
- Collaborate with venture partners to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Present visionary roadmaps at global forums (Web Summit, TechCrunch Disrupt)
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders Program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Experience securing $5M+ innovation budgets
- Track record of translating future insights into commercialized products
- Public speaking experience at industry conferences
