- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives for 2026+ tech adoption patterns
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives
- Facilitate innovation workshops with Fortune 500 R&D teams
- Author annual 'Future State' trend reports read by 50K+ industry leaders
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics methodologies
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate emerging startups
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, custom AI platforms)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (STEEP, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020-2025 trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
- Strong network with academic futurists and tech think tanks
