Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socio-political shifts, and market disruptions to identify strategic opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for organizational adaptation and competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-critical initiatives
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and trend reports published in industry journals
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions addressing 2026 challenges
- Establish KPIs for measuring organizational future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies on transformational change
- Portfolio published in leading futurist publications or journals
