Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends in AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech by 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients navigating future market landscapes
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype solutions for climate resilience, ethical AI, and human-machine collaboration
- Publish quarterly trend reports and white papers distributed to 50K+ industry leaders
- Mentor junior futurists and curate partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and NASA
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and global innovation summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts with 85%+ accuracy (portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- Published author in Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and AI trend analysis platforms
- Experience with climate modeling or ethical AI governance frameworks
