Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and emerging opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product and service concepts
- Establish quantitative/qualitative frameworks for trend assessment and scenario planning
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of industry experts, academics, and innovation pioneers
- Drive the development of Horizon Labs' proprietary foresight methodologies and tools
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused research
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth tech or consulting environments
- Published thought leadership in futures, innovation, or strategy (articles, whitepapers, books)
- Deep understanding of global markets and ability to synthesize diverse data sources
