Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology foresight frameworks using advanced trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Translate complex market shifts into actionable strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Build and maintain global ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations at industry summits
- Oversee innovation pipeline management from concept to commercialization
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience addressing Fortune 500 audiences
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation strategy (portfolio required)
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and research platforms
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
