Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify breakthrough technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario plans for product roadmaps and market expansion
- Partner with engineering and design teams to embed future-ready principles into innovation processes
- Present future intelligence insights to executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Produce thought leadership content on emerging paradigms and their business implications
- Champion future literacy across the organization through workshops and training programs
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (scenario planning, Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Proven track record translating future insights into market-winning products/strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational initiatives
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership pieces
