Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across healthcare, finance, and tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate future-proof business models and product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings translating complex data into actionable insights
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, scientists, and industry pioneers
- Integrate foresight methodologies into client innovation pipelines and organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology, or related field (MS/PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D with demonstrable impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven ability to synthesize complex data from diverse sources (academic, market, social)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
