Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Produce trend reports with 85%+ predictive accuracy using proprietary AI analytics
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and innovation roadmapping
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists and industry specialists
- Present findings at global innovation conferences with 500+ attendees
- Build proprietary forecasting models using machine learning and network analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in foresight, innovation strategy, or emerging technology research
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or equivalent
- Proven track record with Fortune 500 strategic planning initiatives
- Expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed foresight journals
- Advanced proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Palantir, Gartner, or custom ML platforms)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures to executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic foresight implementations
