Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2030
- Develop scenario planning frameworks and innovation roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum domains
- Present future-vision briefings to executive leadership and investor forums
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, scientists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex foresight insights into actionable business strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-ready corporate strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to influence executive decision-making
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation publications
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience with futures forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
