Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in strategic planning at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work topics
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling abilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
