Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technological shifts (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop and publish annual 'Future State' strategic frameworks for executive decision-making
- Design and manage innovation sprints with cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and startups for emerging tech validation
- Create predictive models for market disruption scenarios across verticals
- Present future vision to stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CPS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published future forecasts or innovation roadmaps
