Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with C-suite objectives
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to prototype future scenarios
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Quantify market impact and ROI of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior futurists using structured foresight frameworks
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis tools
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published research in innovation or technology foresight preferred
