Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, neurotech) to build 5-10 year strategic scenarios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Develop quantitative forecasting models for emerging market adoption curves
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Deliver executive briefings and stakeholder workshops on future implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academic partners, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation initiatives
