Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions through 2026
- Develop and publish comprehensive trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed future thinking into product development and strategy
- Build and maintain a global network of industry experts, academics, and innovation pioneers
- Translate complex data into compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders including investors and clients
- Monitor and evaluate geopolitical, technological, and environmental megatrends with strategic implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in innovation strategy, consulting, or corporate foresight role
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to executive audiences
