Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature or Science journals on AI ethics
- Proficiency in Qiskit, TensorFlow Quantum, and neuromorphic hardware
- Track record of deploying production-level quantum algorithms
- Expertise in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Experience securing $10M+ in federal innovation grants
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum assembly languages
