Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework for global enterprise clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops with Fortune 500 executives on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Develop predictive models for emerging workforce dynamics, AI integration, and sustainable economies
- Publish quarterly thought leadership reports on the future of human-machine collaboration
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio funding breakthrough projects aligned with 2026 vision
- Design and facilitate executive offsites on future-proofing organizational resilience
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, futures research, or executive innovation leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published author or keynote speaker on technology's societal impact (TED/TEDx experience valued)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech, climate tech
- Proven ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-shaping initiatives for large organizations
