Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning and foresight workshops with C-suite executives and global partners
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership on emerging socio-technological trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Advise on ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and decentralized networks
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build a foresight analytics pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record of scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills for complex futures
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF)
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or technology impact assessments
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
