Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop next-gen AI/ML prototypes and quantum computing applications
- Present future-vision briefings to executive stakeholders and board members quarterly
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Monitor emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.) for competitive advantage
- Drive organizational adoption of futuristic methodologies and tools
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 technological disruption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, neuro-interfaces, and synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published research on technological singularity or human augmentation
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
