Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks across emerging technology verticals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize market trends, academic research, and geopolitical analysis
- Produce visionary whitepapers and scenario models for C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and UN Sustainable Development Goals initiatives
- Guide product innovation teams in translating future scenarios into tangible roadmaps
- Represent FutureHorizon at Davos, TED, and global policy summits
- Mentor junior futurists in horizon scanning methodologies and critical futures thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight at Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Published portfolio of scenario planning projects disrupting tech, healthcare, or energy sectors
- Expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, and climate tech convergence
- Proven track record advising C-suite on 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
