Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic foresight framework, incorporating global tech trends and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align future vision with current operations
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and horizon-scanning reports for board stakeholders
- Design and pilot innovation incubators for breakthrough technologies with 5-year commercialization paths
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior futurists and establish industry-recognized future-st methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into enterprise-level strategy implementation
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals or industry white papers
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives across multinational organizations
