- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead executive workshops to future-proof product roadmaps and business models
- Author high-impact futurist reports and whitepapers for industry thought leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish global networks of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks for investment prioritization
- Drive organizational adoption of futurist methodologies across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level storytelling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles/books)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
