Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, societal, and market shifts toward 2026
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with R&D, product, and marketing teams to integrate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Develop proprietary scenario-planning frameworks and trend-analysis models for high-impact decision-making
- Present future-vision narratives to executive stakeholders and board members using immersive storytelling techniques
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors as intelligence sources
- Publish cutting-edge thought leadership content positioning Horizon Dynamics as the 2026 thought leader
- Drive cultural transformation initiatives embedding future-literacy across organizational functions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level future-vision narratives
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating successful foresight projects influencing multi-million dollar strategic decisions
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent professional development
