Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight framework using AI-driven trend analysis
- Partner with C-suite to align organizational strategy with emerging technological paradigms
- Lead global research initiatives in biotechnology, climate tech, and neural interfaces
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for 200+ stakeholders
- Author quarterly 'FutureWatch' reports distributed to Fortune 500 clients
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation incubator
- Secure $1M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Python
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
