As the steward of our 2026 foresight framework, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to develop actionable scenarios that position us at the forefront of industry evolution. This role demands exceptional analytical prowess, creative thinking, and the ability to translate complex future possibilities into strategic imperatives.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and paradigm shifts
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future models for market evolution and consumer behavior
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership with compelling visual narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs for cutting-edge insights
- Author quarterly Future Impact Reports and annual Horizon Scenarios
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's future intelligence capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, Technology, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision implementation
- Experience building future intelligence teams and frameworks
