Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and climate tech

- Facilitate executive workshops on future scenarios and strategic pivots
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions for sustainable development
- Present foresight findings to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and systemic risk analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and trend analysis platforms
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
