Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework integrating AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech trajectories
- Produce high-impact scenario analyses and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into product innovation pipelines
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight capability within the organization
- Present findings to investors, board members, and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or high-growth startups
