Responsibilities
- Develop and implement predictive models for societal, technological, and economic trends through 2030
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' workshops with C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
- Author quarterly 'Future State Briefs' distributed to Fortune 500 partners and government entities
- Design and oversee implementation of prototype systems for 2026 adoption (e.g., neural interfaces, climate adaptation tech)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs globally
- Present findings at international forums including Davos, TED, and UN Technology Summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership in exponential technologies or societal transformation
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Demonstrated experience translating complex scenarios into actionable business strategies
- Portfolio showcasing at least three implemented future-vision initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
