Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2024-2026) through market research and data modeling
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Produce annual Horizon Reports on disruptive technologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Represent company at global tech conferences (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
- Mentor junior futurists in trend analysis methodologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on tech adoption
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Engineering, or Business
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (MIT Tech Review, Wired)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on tech disruption
- Portfolio of 2025+ trend prediction models
