Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ horizons
- Analyze emerging tech, geopolitical shifts, and societal trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce annual Future State reports and strategic recommendations
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis tools
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech futures
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
