Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives mapping technological, economic, and societal shifts toward 2026
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for emerging domains: quantum AI, neural interfaces, and climate resilience
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into product development and corporate strategy
- Curate and analyze global trend data from 200+ sources using proprietary predictive analytics
- Present findings to Fortune 500 clients and internal stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent technical field
- 7+ years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech research
- Deep expertise in at least two 2026-critical domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI ethics
- Proven track record developing scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Exceptional data synthesis skills with proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or human-machine collaboration
- Experience with cross-cultural foresight methodologies and global trend mapping
