Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain scenario-planning frameworks for long-term business resilience
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and manage a network of industry experts and thought leaders
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces on emerging trends
- Advise product development teams on future-proofing technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI/ML, Biotech, Quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive decision-making
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
