Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable infrastructure for high-performance AI models and predictive systems.
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives focused on autonomous agents and next-gen algorithms.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap for the 2026 product vision, ensuring feasibility and scalability.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies into our core stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture or advanced systems design.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Neural Networks.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
