Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define the technical roadmap and system architecture for the 2026 AI platform, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the deployment, fine-tuning, and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Integrate AI models with existing data pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, reduce latency, and improve inference efficiency.
- Ethical AI: Implement safety guidelines and ethical frameworks to ensure responsible AI development.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML system architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of LLMs, Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and cloud-native architecture.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
