Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the roadmap for 2026 technology integration, focusing on AI evolution and Quantum readiness.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging tech stacks, evaluating feasibility and market fit.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Prototype Development: Hands-on involvement in building and iterating on proof-of-concept systems for next-gen products.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, Python, Rust, or Quantum Computing languages.
- Innovation Mindset: Proven ability to identify, validate, and deploy disruptive technologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
